Alga
Toronto, 2025
Alga is the first in a series of generative audiovisual installations exploring interconnection within nature-inspired systems.
Drawing from the sound phenomena of oxygen bubbles released by algae, the work unfolds as an organic multi-screen sequence: large-scale, bubble-like forms moving fluidly through algorithmic processes to form a living composition of sound and movement that reflects the complexity and patterns of natural systems.
Alga was exhibited at Noxte Vol. VI: Ecological Nexus in September 2025, Toronto
Curated by Ignazio Nicastro
Filmed by Roya Delsol
